Presentation


		The company COVILIM SA was established in 1996 We are based at the slaughter house of Liimoges, In the middle of the LIMOUSINE race. Our activity is the slaughtering and commercialisation of fresh meat from Young Bull (male and female) and the 5th quarter (offal and skin).

We are present on a large part of the European market, and we are developing for now few years our presence on the market of Maghreb, Turkey and soon on the Middle East and the East of Europ (Russia and Ukraine).

We are producing approximatly 600 Young bull less than 24 month every week.

The races we are producing are :

Limousin 55%,

Charolaise 30%,

Blonde d’Aquitaine 15%.

We have develop for now ten years, in collaboration with our breeder, the production of Young bull less than 12 month. This production can offer an intermediary quality between the tradiionnal veal and the young bull standard (less than 24 month).

In our structure, we have also a debonning plant (20 tons/week capacity).
